reserve the rights to alter the prices without notice. Extra charges need
to be included for delivery, collection, damage waiver and Hire Tax. A charge will be made
for goods, which are lost, or returned damaged and / or unwashed. Reduced
charges may be offered for long-term hire. Our Customer Service Team will
need your help to avoid Underground Pipes , facilities or other obstacles
e.g. rock or sandstone. Access Party Hire is not liable for any damage to
underground utilities.
