We reserve the rights to alter the prices without notice. Extra charges need to be included for delivery, collection, Damage waiver and Public & product liability.

We are trying to help our customers with whatever we can to provide equipment even on very short notice. However this orders will be irreversible in regards of payment options and will be charge of 100% of your booking even if you change your mind. (Please refer to Conditions page on our site) As long as you booked equipment, agree on price and pay deposit - it is yours equipment on specified day for hire and we CANNOT hire whatever you ordered to anybody else.

A charge will be made for goods, which are lost, or returned damaged and / or unwashed. Reduced charges may be offered for long-term hire. Our Customer Service Team will need your help to avoid Underground Pipes, facilities or other obstacles e.g. rock or sandstone. Access Party Hire is not liable for any damage to underground utilities.
